Most performance problems aren't behaviour problems. They're brain problems.

Dr T is the Psychiatrist at the intersection of brain science, human behaviour, and performance. He transforms how people think, take action and grow.

From the psychology of trust and deception on The Traitors, to memory and mental health on BAFTA-nominated BBC Morning Live — Dr T makes brain science unmissable television.

Who is Dr T?

Most performance consultants work on behavioural problems. Dr Tharaka diagnoses the human mind behind them. Trained as a Medical Doctor and Consultant Psychiatrist in the UK, he spent over 20 years understanding what drives human behaviour, decision-making, and performance — then took that knowledge where most psychiatrists never go.

He brings that depth to keynote stages, organisational transformation programmes, individual coaching, and TV screens — where stages like TEDx, organisations like Shell and Heineken, and audiences on BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, have experienced the difference that brain science makes in practice.

He doesn't just explain the science. He makes it actionable — for your people, your culture, your audience and for you.
